Our team works with investors who are looking for an above average return on their capital by investing in a solid asset, real estate. We utilize our proven system and industry knowledge to achieve the returns that investors are looking for without the drawbacks and usual expenses, both monetary and time, that are associated with being a landlord. With our system and strategy, we manage everything from the qualification of our clients who will be in the home , the management of the property and clients throughout the term and the exit timeline at conclusion of the term. Our system allows qualified clients to become homeowners in 2-4 years. During this time there is nothing further required of our investors. We will provide periodic reports to the investor and monthly cashflow deposits to their accounts. We prefer investors that are able to provide the required 20% down payment, as well as being able to qualify for the mortgage financing. If you are only able to satisfy one of the requirements, we will endeavor to structure a deal to fit what you can offer. Each of our investor partners are treated as individuals and we will do everything we can to satisfy their wants and needs in their investment with us. In addition, many of our investors are very pleased in the fact that, in addition to the above average returns they are receiving, they are also helping a deserving family obtain their dream of home ownership! Once you have expressed interest in potentially working with us, we will schedule a meeting, either in person or virtual, to discuss your current and previous investing experience. We will discuss your investing objectives, timeline and any other questions you may have. We want to ensure that you understand completely how our process is structured, and it meets everything you need to have full confidence in allocating your investment dollars with our program. Simply put, we want to ensure that we are the best fit to help you grow your investment portfolio.

Pre Qualification

We will ask that you visit one of our mortgage brokers and get pre-qualified to determine a financing level that you are comfortable with. As soon as this step is completed we will have an affordability range of a property that we can match with our current tenant buyer profiles.

Purchasing a property

Once a qualified tenant buyer locates a property that fits your investment profile(and our guidelines) we will notify you. Once we have an accepted offer, we will communicate with you the required funds for the down payment and closing costs. You will be required to sign all regular closing documents with a lawyer. At this point we will also verify what your monthly cashflow amount will be as well as your total ROI on your amount invested.

Sleep Easy!

With our program and structure there is nothing else you, the investor, need to be involved with. This is a totally handsfree involvement for you. We will look after any maintenance issues, there will be no cash calls at any point during the investment term, and you will receive periodic updates on the tenant buyers progress. All that you need to do is determine what you want to do with your monthly cashflow!


Deal Completion

At the completion of the option term(2-4years), we will assist the tenant buyer with securing their own traditional financing in preparation to purchase the home. The tenant buyer will complete the purchase agreement and you will receive your initial investment back and the balance of the agreed upon ROI.
