We are a real estate investment company. We have been actively involved in local Burnaby BC and area real estate investing for a number of years.
We focus primarily on creative real estate strategies where we help good local families who don’t quite qualify for a mortgage get into the home of their dreams years faster than they could on their own, while at the same time getting our investor partners and ourselves an above average return on investment.
